Robert Johnson is a Senior Vice President at Smith Barney in Seattle, WA where he
has worked for 22 years. Prior to that Robert taught in the Business School at the
University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He received his PhD from the University of Illinois
and has long supported efforts to make quality education available to all children.
Robert has also supported youth soccer since 1995.
Fernando Barros
Manager, Boeing Co, Retired

Fernando retired from a 27 year career as a Boeing manager. Fernando is
originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where he grew up and worked as a project manager and
obtained a BA in Economics at the University SJBV in Sao Paulo. In Seattle he obtained a
BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Since 1987 Fernando has coached youth soccer in the Seattle area.
Heather Johnson
Director of Corporate Services, Giving Global

Heather Wells comes to Stone Flower with fifteen years of international experience.
She currently serves as the Director of corporate Services for Giving Global, a non-profit
creating a global platform for action where anyone can contribute to exceptional organizations.
Prior to her non-profit work, Ms. Johnson was head of global Strategy for a private company.
As Vice President of Global Strategy she was responsible for the company's largest clients and
coordination of all the local sales and marketing support for them across the globe. She also
was responsible for the sales integration of new technology the company acquired. Ms. Johnson
spearheaded the role after establishing and managing the company's European and Latin American
sales teams. On a personal level, Ms. Johnson has lived and volunteered in Latin America helping
NGOs and local communities with education, business skill training, advocacy and communications.
She played soccer throughout college and still plays for recreation.
Deborah Frank Murray

Dr. Deborah Frank Murray received her PhD in 1981 in Counseling Psychology from the University of Utah (Phi Kappa Phi Honors) and has had a private practice in the Seattle area for over 23 years. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Murray works with medical organizations, assisting with work group problems. She received a BA degree from The Colorado College with elementary school certification and taught elementary school for 2 years prior to attending graduate school.
Dr. Murray is active within her children’s school and also is a volunteer with the American Red Cross, Disaster Services, assisting with their mental health response to trauma and disaster victims.
Marcia Ellsworth

Marcia Ellsworth received her law degree from the University of Michigan in 1984 and has practiced law in Seattle since. She currently practices with Peterson Russell Kelly, PLLC in Bellevue, Washington where she advises clients in matters relating to non profit corporations as well as for profit business formation and transactions. She had the fortunate experience to live with her husband and children in Singapore from 1998 to 2002. In addition to traveling extensively
throughout southeast Asia and Oceania, while living in Singapore she developed a first hand understanding of some of the challenging issues faced by individuals and families living in developing nations.
Parker Jones
NW Regional Manager, Brandes Investment Partners
Parker Jones is the Northwest Regional Manager for Brandes Investment Partners in San Diego California. Parker resides in Sammamish, Washington with his wife and three children.
